Industry leader in online banking technology seeks an enthusiastic Technical Product Manager to manage our Software Development Kit. Must love challenging projects and creative solutions. This position is remote, full time, and requires some overlap with Pacific daytime hours.

 

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelors degree (CIS or technical field)
  • Development experience
  • Experience in, or passion for product management
  • Excitement for building a customer community
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Ability to work remotely, managing own and other’s time 
  • Eagerness to add value to the project without extensive supervision
  • Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Intelligence, enthusiasm, and commitment
  • Experience in Banking 

 

This position is ideal for product manager with development experience, or a developer seeking a career change to product management. We’re looking for people with experience in taking creative ownership of a project.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Curating a software development kit for customers of an online banking platform
  • Building a supportive customer community around custom development projects
  • Exercising judgment over day-to-day decisions in the project
  • Using industry standard tools for project management, documentation, and software deployment (Atlassian suite)
  • Writing about, demonstrating, and training technical concepts
  • Managing design and specification of different software features
  • Working extensively with our pioneering online banking platform, Orpheus
