Required Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience developing on the SharePoint platform with a focus emphasis in building content management systems (CMS)
• 1-2 years of experience developing in SharePoint 2010
• Experience in packaging and performing automated deployments of complex SharePoint solutions across multiple farms using PowerShell
• 3-5 years of experience developing systems using ASP.NET Web Forms/MVC separate from SharePoint experience
• Web UI development skills (HTML4/5, CSS2/3, JavaScript, JQuery, cross-browser support, etc.)
• WCF and web services
• SQL Server database development and performance tuning
• Strong team player
• Strong focus on Quality
• Willing and ability to learn quikly, to carry out tasks demostrating a commitment
