Responsibilities:

  • Develop algorithms of image/video compression, image analyzing and multimedia communication
  • Participate in large international project, designing and developing applications for multimedia conference, multimedia cloud computing, terminal device multimedia communication and multimedia entertainment.
  • Active involvement in internal and external research activities of the group. Presentation of reports.
  • New concepts and new techniques development for future systems. Being in the process of generating intellectual property (IPR).

Qualifications Required:

  • Master Degree or above on EE,CS or related specialty
  • 3+ years of experience in media algorithm R&D
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: C/C++、Matlab 、C# 、Java
  • Meet one or more of following requirements:
  • With solid theory background on video and image compression
  • Experience in algorithm optimizations on DSP, GPU, ARM, or FGPA platforms
  • Experience in ASIC design and development
  • Experience in application  R&D on multimedia communication, entertainment, retrieval or surveillance

Preferred Candidates will possess the following skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as a team player.
