Description

• We are looking for test engineer who will perform test development, test execution and test results reporting for the tools and firmware developed by the Tools team. Test development and execution includes both manual and automatic.  The Tools team is responsible for developing tools assisting in testing of Motorola Mobility software and hardware for Digital TV. Test engineer will also need to setup test environment which includes configuration of many different Motorola and non-Motorola devices. Our team works closely with colleagues from other countries (US, India, China and Europe).  

What is required?

• Test execution experience
• Test development and test planning experience
• Test automation experience with script language
• Experience in setting up and troubleshooting  of Digital TV or Network equipment.
• Good knowledge of Linux on user level
• English skills

What are potential candidate's pluses?

• Knowledge of JavaScript and other programming/script languages
• Strong personal motivation to learn forefront technologies
