Position:  Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Worldwide 3rd level support for ERP system
• Problem situation analysis
• Clarification of the reasons of failure
• Support clients to find alternative solutions
• Business trips from time to time required to cover:
  • Specification meetings
  • Acceptance procedures
  • Conference room pilots

Requirements:

• Higher education
• 2+ years of experience in application support
• Experience  in 3rd and/or 2nd level support
• Experience with help desk software package and/or issue tracking systems;
• Profound knowledge of MS  SQL Server 2005
• Knowledge of how technical customer support (support of software applications) is organized
• Understanding of retail business process (stock control, article sales etc.) would be an advantage
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
