For our new Heterogeneous System Architecture (HSA) organization, which develops AMD's bleeding edge technologies, we are looking for top engineers to join our software development teams. HSA is aimed to disclosure the potential of modern graphic cards for computations acceleration and opens new horizons for computer computation performance in applications such as video streaming, speech and gestures recognition, physics modeling, etc. There are high level APIs provided for application programming - C++ AMP and OpenCL.

This vacancy is open at Kernel Fusion Driver (KFD) team that is dedicated for kernel mode driver development, that is the key component of HSA stack responsible for control over graphic hardware and interconnect with operating system. 

Responsibilities:

• Play major role in HSA driver development acting as both co-architect and development
• Work in distributed international team

Skills Required:

• Expert knowledge in kernel mode Linux development 
• Experience in Linux open source development 
• Familiar with virtual memory management and DMA 
• Team leadership 
• Fluent English
