Required skills:

·         Understanding of SW development process and testing methodologies;

·         Experience working with SW version control and bug-tracking systems;

·         Experience with DBMS (MSSQL Server or Oracle);

·         Basic knowledge of SQL

·         Basic knowledge of Windows and UNIX/Linux OSes;

·         Capability to efficiently detect, clarify and clearly describe defects in SW;

·         Good technical English reading and writing skills;

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Candidate duties in the position:

·         Ensure that the proudct delivered by the team meets quality goals.

·         Oversee all aspects of the testing activities in the project.

·         Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.

·         Lead and mentor the team members

·         Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures
