Project description:

Challenges – high performance, geo location determination, geo distributed caching, effective geo search algorithms development, integration of the different service providers into one big secure network with guaranteed response time.

 Teams –15 highly skilled developers divided into several tracks, long term couple of mixed teams in total 100 persons. Average team seniority is high.

 Business domain – mobile advertisement delivery, geo-wide information mobile-ready system, e-money systems.

Responsibilities:

·         Lead and manage several development tracks up to 10 engineers in total.                                                                     

·         Take responsibility for solution delivery – so at the end whatever we delivery should satisfy customer’s business needs.

·         Ensure that team work results meet customer expectations from product quality as well as technical implementation quality points of view.

·         Closely work with technical architects from PayPal side.
