Responsibilities:

• Provides technical expertise in SW development and product knowledge;
• Analysis and monitoring of all activities related to maintenance
• Works in close collaboration with product management, support, development and QA teams.
• Provides estimates and reports of progress for all development activities;
• Analyzes current needs and works with Configuration Management/Installers team for infrastructure issues (build machines, test environments, etc).  

Requirements:

• Higher education in Computer science, SW engineering or related
• At least 5 year experience working in a big SW development company
• Experience in working in a multicultural, distributed SW Engineering team
• Excellent  people management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian
• Knowledge of enterprise applications is a plus
• Experience with client-server software development by means of C#/.Net
