Bayer is looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to the Sales&Marketing Support department

Responsibilities

• Collects and aligns report requirements
• Actively suggests improvements for existing reports and new ways to analyze data
• Define schedule and get approval for the realization of the reports
• Reports regularly to the stake holder on the progress of the realization
• Develops effective working relationships within the project team and with all stakeholders, and manages required communication on ongoing basis.
• Manages external project contributors such as Consultants to ensure that they are orderly selected and that they are performing and delivering according to agreements (creates RFT, prepares decision making, contributes to contracting, monitors performance on ongoing basis, reports to management if expectation are not being met)

Requirements

• University degree in economics or IT
• Good command of English (both oral and written)
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong skills in data visualization
• Ability to work with a large amount of information;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Readiness to travel
• Professional Experience with the following Microsoft Tools: Excel (incl. VBA)- SQL Server (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, MDX)
