Augmentive (www.augmentive.com) is looking for a Project Manager to work in its Kiev office.

Skills and Qualifications:

·         Changes management, ability to perform analytical tasks.

·         Playing different roles in commercial, end-user focused software development projects.

·         Software development experience 2+ years.

·         Experience in the Project Manager position 3+ years.

·         Experience delivering applications using WIN .NET (WPF), Mac OS X, iOS (Objective-C).

·         Strong technical background – understanding of object oriented programming concepts, SQL, working with DBMS, reading UML models.

·         Knowledge of basic methodologies: PMBOK, Agile (Scrum).

·         Managing project documentation.

·         Work experience with foreign customers.

·         Experience with Localization of software

·         Experience with scheduling and workflow systems and processes.

·         Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty.

·         Experience in managing teams more than 5+ people.

·         Experience in all stages of the project: initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring & control, closure + maintenance.

·         Upper-intermediate written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities:

·         Project management (task assignment, monitoring and control, change management).

·         Negotiations with customer (delivery management, requirement management, requirement analyze, participate in regular and other necessary project meetings with customer).

·         Planning and execution of team work (architects, engineers, suppliers, subcontracting parties).

·         Team building (motivate project team members, Assessment of project team members).

·         Managing communications between project team, project stakeholders, and suppliers.

·         Managing project documentation.
