Currently we are looking for Application Developer (Back-end) to join our team

Description       

The Role:

• The role will work within the business process automation team who has responsibility for managing large business critical systems. The role is to both develop new systems and support existing systems. This is a unique opportunity to become involved in major system change for a fast growing company. The projects assigned to the application developer will encompass a wide portfolio of system types and technology that will provide a wide ranging experience and future opportunities. You will be required to work with CRM, ERP, MIS/EIS, workflow systems and be involved in change that will transform how the company utilizes its information resources.

The Duties:

• understand and document functionality requirements;
• be able to design, architect, and deliver back-end solutions;
• develop new systems; develop application programming interfaces, data exchange & manipulation;
• test new features in a structured manner for functionality and test integration/coexistence and produce test scripts/reports;
• deploy the solutions sometimes outside of office hours if it is business critical;
• deliver fixes and patches to business critical systems as part of IT support.

Required Skills:

• System Integration (mandatory)
• Development of API’s (mandatory)
• CRM systems (desired)
• Knowledge of Data-warehousing, OLAP (all optional)
• Ready to support & maintain existing systems
• An analytical mind. Ability to multitask. Approachable with good people skills
• Passionate about their work and can work on tasks without supervision. Good punctuality
• Good level of English
   

Required Experience:

• PHP-experience with at least one of common PHP frameworks (Zend, Symfony, Code Igniter, Yii)
• MySQL
• Basic knowledge of Javascript
• SugarCRM, JIRA, & plugin development (all optional)
