ELEKS announces QA trainer vacancy at Lviv office.

Main Responsibilities:

• Establishment of curriculum
• Creation and presentation of workshops and lectures as part of the learning curriculum
• Creation of practical and theoretical tasks for QA results evaluation
• Participation in the analysis of survey results to improve teaching quality and enrich the entire QA process
• Possible short-term business trips across Ukraine

 Mandatory Requirements:

• To have sufficient practical testing experience, not only theoretical one
• Experience in different testing approaches (Black, Grey, Glass box) is optional, but desirable
• Basic-intermediate knowledge of various automation software
• Advanced knowledge of different OS families (Linux, Windows, Mac OS, etc.), expert knowledge is optional
• Configuration of server OS family (Windows Server, Linux server) is preferred, but optional
• Certification of testing expertise is also preferred (e.g. ISTQB), but optional
• Strong communication and oratorical skills
• Ability to produce the training materials in structured and simple form
• Experience in lecture preparation as well as conducting lectures, seminars and trainings (highly desirable)
