ELEKS announces a vacancy opening for Java Team Lead at Lviv office.

Project description: 

• ELEKS develops and supports a solution allowing users to access and work on any computer within the corporate network remotely. User actions are recorded so that an administrator can review an audit trail of the user’s entire work session by replaying the recorded sessions on the DVR-type player created by ELEKS. 
• This player allows administrators to watch the recorded session like a video, with the ability to pay particular attention to place-marks that are automatically added by the server. Forbidden and suspicious user actions are detected by the system and are available for administrator’s review. 

Main Responsibilities:

• As Java Team Lead you will be responsible for the new development stream in the existing project.
• Your responsibility includes both technical and management sides: designing the architecture of new product modules, managing small team that consists with junior-intermediate level developers and communication with customers. 

Mandatory Requirements:

• 3+ years in Java development
• 5+ years of commercial development
• 1+ year experience in management or client communications
• Deep understanding of OOA/OOD and design patterns
• Good knowledge of Java core (Java SE)
• Experience in developing multi-tier applications
• Good spoken and technical English
• Understanding of network protocols and encryption models

Optional Requirements:

• Knowledge of RDP/VNC/PCoIP/ICA/CLI protocols
• Knowledge of C++
• Experience with smart cards
• Experience with java UI frameworks (Swing,  JIDE, etc.)
• Experience with Cloud frameworks
• Strong communication skills, Upper-Intermediate level of English
