Moscow branch of Quest Software, Inc. headquartered in California, USA is currently seeking an experienced software developer to become a member of the team developing the products Recovery Manager for Exchange and Recovery Manager for Active Directory Forest Edition.

As a member of our team you will be presented with the following tasks: to design and develop parts of one or both products, determine optimal usage scenarios, collaborate closely with the QA team.

Minimum requirements:

• 2-4 years of software development in C#

• 2-4 years of software development in C++ for Microsoft Win32 platform

• Knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework

• Excellent knowledge of object oriented methodologies

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

• Good problem solving and analytical skills

• Good written technical English

• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Strong self-motivation and work ethic

• Coding ethic

Additional skills that would be considered beneficial:

• Experience with managed C++ and .NET interoperability (COM Interop, P/Invoke)

• Experience developing UI components (WinForms, WPF, MVC)

• Experience with web development (Silverlight, ASP.NET)

• Enterprise administrative skills (Exchange, Active Directory, etc.)

• Knowledge of Exchange and Active Directory APIs (LDAP, MAPI, ADSI, etc)

• Experience in building distributed applications
