Mirantis Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Development Manager who will be leading team of deployment & QA engineers, building a deployment automation tool for enterprise-grade private cloud platforms based on OpenStack. We are looking for talented leader who is willing to work on intersection of IT and software engineering, be impassioned about open-source and not afraid of leading team of world-class engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver best in class automation capabilities for OpenStack, deployment, management, upgrades, monitorinig with outstanding quality,
• Establish software development & release processes. Lead full cycle of software development using lightweight agile approach,
• Collaborate with remote teams in Russia, US and Ukraine.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Lead/Project Manager in a software project,
• Successful track record of delivering quality code on time,
• Solid technical background: knowledge of Linux, and cloud computing (IaaS/PaaS),
• Analytical mindset, ability to solve complex problems,
• Spoken English.

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of OpenStack.
• Knowledge of configuration management & automation tools. (Puppet, Chef, Cobbler) and appropriate ecosystem would be a plus.
