Responsibilities:

• Designing technical solutions for complex tasks, monitoring infrastructure and application, and optimizing the performance;
• Evaluation of feasibility and estimates about development-times;
• Participating in task-prioritization and conception of technical strategy;
• Designing and documentation of technical architecture;
• Distribution and monitoring of tasks in the development team;
• Recruiting new developers, introducing them smoothly into the team, and creating individual development-plans for them;
• Performance-evaluation and motivation of the team;
• Code-Review;
• Release-Management.

• At least one year of experience in a development team lead position in a high-load project;
• Excellent skills in PHP and/or Python, MySQL, HTML, CSS;
• Experience with Redis, Memcache, and/or RabbitMQ;
• Experience with infrastructure & software monitoring;
• Strong skills in using git and github;
• Experience with another programming language;
• Administration skills of Unix, nginx, MySQL as a strong plus;
• Fluent English as a strong plus;
• High motivation, strong communication skills, ability to work pro-actively and self-independently, high ambitions to deliver high-quality results.
