Duties and Responsibilities:

• Internal local (Saint-Petersburg office) and remote users support
• Local infrastructure support
• Participation  in the design and implementation of new features and reorganization of the continuously growing global infrastructure
• Assisting our clients and client support team in resolving database, infrastructure and other technical issues
   

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Unix-like OS (mainly GNU/Linux)
• Experience with Oracle Database Server and MySQL
• Knowledge of common Unix network services: Apache, nginx, Tomcat, Bind, Samba, FTP, mail servers, etc.
• Experience with modern virtualization systems: OpenVZ, QEMU/KVM
• Knowledge of desktop-class Windows systems
   

Desirable skills:

• Experience with Java-based application servers
• Experience with any major RDBMS (MS SQL Server, IBM DB2, Sybase ASE, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with version control systems
• Experience with bug tracking software
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
