Responsibilities:

·         Office network infrastructure support (2nd line support).

·         Computer equipment setup and installation (Windows 7, iOS).

·         Office telephone system support. Phone equipment installation at the workplaces (Cisco).

·         Responsible for notebook, desktop and iPad installation, configuration, rollout and support (Windows XP/7, iOS).

·         Technical support of computers and users. Support of users regarding the usage of network resources, applications and computer equipment.

·         Participating in IT projects (mostly rollout).

·         Keeping up-to-date with new developments in IT area.

·         Support of servers and equipment is server and communication room (Windows server 2003 and 2008, SQL databases, backup software).

Requirements:

·         Higher education and practical experience (2-3 years).

·         Good communicator at all levels.

·         Good knowledge of English (support of english-speaking users)

·         Team player. Cooperative. Flexible.
