We are now launching our second phase and we need your help!

We are seeking a talented and experienced Producer to help us build a strong, motivated and productive team.

Summary of the job:

This position is for a Producer who will focus on lead a team the Uplay PC team in Kiev. Uplay PC is collaboration between our Kiev studio and our studios in Sweden and Romania. Since Uplay PC is a cross team project this position requires excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills. The team is very tech heavy and it is therefore a requirement that you have technical experience and experience of leading programming teams.

Main objective of the role: 

·          Lead a team currently composed of C++ programmers

·         Collaborate actively with counterparts in Sweden and Romania to ensure that goals are met on time and quality.

·         Mentor, supervise and motivate team.

·         Ensure that production goals are met within your group.

·         Build a strong and motivated team.

·         Define resource needs and recruit team members

·         Participate in the creation and adjustment of project strategy for the UPlay Kiev team

Skills required:

·         At least 4 years experience of leading software development teams

·         Structured and focused on quality

·         Excellent spoken and written English

·         Excellent interpersonal skill

·         Project management

·         Experience in Agile methods - CSM or PMI-ACP certification highly appreciated

·         Entrepreneurial mind-set

·         Experience in hiring and maintaining talent in the team

·         Experience in working in a distributed environment
