We are looking for  Web software engineer who will create and implement technical designs for features or

components of the platform, implement modular solutions with strong focus on code quality,

extensibility and testability.

Responsibilities:

• Apply your software engineering experience to design and develop libraries that power and facilitate building interactive web experience targeting the millions of  gamers worldwide;
• Work in an agile development environment to help deliver features in a timely manner;
• Work closely with the web services team that enables us to integrate with the console based games.

Requirements:

• 2+ years industry technical experience working on building core technologies and consumer facing Web sites (Please provide links to sites you have worked on and your role on these sites and/or your github account);
• Real experience working with software design patterns;
• Strong knowledge of Web technologies including PHP, xhtml, CSS, Javascript;
• Understanding of html5 and an interest in seeing how we can apply it to our projects;
• Real experience with a modern Javascript library like jQuery or YUI is required;
• Knowledge at least 2 modern Web frameworks like RoR, Django, Symfony, Struts (Experience with Symfony 2 is desirable);
• Understanding of the HTTP protocol, and how to interact with RESTful web services is required;
• Real experience with Test Driven Development is required; 
• Speaking English.
