Responsibilities:

• Analysis of requirements, building technical design, negotiate requirements and cost;
• Development of requirements;
• Unit testing, projects code control;
• Overall demands and projects development coordination – internal and outsource;
• Pre-project expert activities;
• Provide 3rd level support defect fixing and consultancies.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• More than 2 years in Software Development;
• Fluent Russian, Ukrainian, good knowledge of English;
• Software development industry knowledge;
• Python and Django  development experience is a must;
• Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) experience;
• Knowledge of SQL, understanding of data modeling;
• Understanding of networking and internet technologies;
• UML knowledge and experience;
• Requirements management experience;
• Would be an advantage: knowledge of telecom domain, software development project management experience, development team management, UNIX/Linux systems understanding, Oracle experience;
• Good people managing skills and experience;
• Team player, easy to communicate, easy to learn, able to work under pressure, able to coordinate activities, prioritize and deliver results.
