Responsibilities:

• Selected software products roadmap research, feasibility and definition;
• Definition of software architecture;
• Supervision of development activities;
• Code revision and control;
• Software products knowledge management;
• Software product handover to operation side;
• Coaching other team members.

Requirements:

• High education (Technical / IT);
• More than 5 years of work experience in Software Development;
• Software development industry knowledge is a must;
• Java development experience is required;
• Knowledge of SQL, understanding of data modeling  is a must;
• Understanding of networking and internet technologies  is a must;
• UML knowledge and experience  is a must;
• Requirements management experience;
• Advanced PC user;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of telecom domain would be a plus;
• Software development project management experience would be a plus; 
• Development team management would be a plus;
• UNIX/Linux systems understanding, Oracle experience would be an advantage;
• Good people managing skills and experience would be an advantage;
• Team player, easy to communicate, easy to learn, able to work under pressure, able to coordinate activities, prioritize and deliver results.
