We are looking for a great QA engineer with passion and talent for working on complex solutions for contact centers, enterprises, service providers and end consumers. The engineer should have great track record in delivering high quality software on time and is passionate about doing engineering well and coaching others. You will have opportunity to share, design and build next generation solutions in a competitive market.

Qualified candidate is expected to have 3 or more years of QA experience and should be proficient in producing efficient and white and black-box testing. Broad exposure to Web 2.0 technologies, mobile application development, Databases, Data Analytics and Visualization, Voice over IP, SIP, Audio/Video, Web Services and REST is definitely a plus. Additional skills required include writing technical documentation, good trouble shooting/debugging skills, rapid test automation and ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

• Demonstrated experience and accomplishments in functional, integration and load testing of cross-platform enterprise-level applications including Black and White-box testing
• Experience with development, administration and maintenance of test environments (OS/ DBMS/ Web Servers/automation tools)
• Design and development of test automation, documentation, and integration with CI systems (Jenkins)
• Knowledge and experience in Web Development including Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services, and XML technologies
• Experience with networking technologies (TCP, HTTP, SIP)
• Conceptual knowledge of DBMS and understanding principles of cloud computing is a plus
• Strong Troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative problem solving skills     
• Ability to think out of the box

Desired:

•  User centric design thinking is desirable.
•  Familiarity with agile development techniques is desirable
