We are currently seeking talented professionals to work as Monitoring IT Administrator (Code: MITA 402) for full time in Kiev office.

Responsibilities for this position will include (but are not limited to):

• IT Systems monitoring, analysis
• Making phone calls and sending emails to foreign customers
• Assist team members in solving incidents in IT area.
• Registering and forwarding incidents to the 2nd level tech support
• Night shifts and weekend shifts possible
• Handling and submission of reports

Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies / skills:

• Some experience in Internet technologies, services and protocols
• Knowledge of computer hardware
• Common understanding in Windows or Unix
• Common knowledge in LAN/WAN design and administration
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Microsoft SharePoint knowledge will be a plus
• Ability to work in multitask environment
• Fluent English (both spoken and written), experience in writing documentation in English
• Independent, initiative and persistent
• Service oriented professional attitude
• Good communication skills, high responsibility, positive attitude
