Responsibilities:

• Supervise multiple projects in different IT areas;
• Manage all aspects of software development project from feasibility study to post mortem report;
• Communicate with customers on daily basis. Manage customer expectations and risks;
• Report project status and plan to customers and corporate management;
• Support project teams’ performance, encouragement and happiness;
• Assist to HR in technical interviews, contribute for the initial hiring and selecting process.
• Assist sales in project estimation and business proposal preparation;

Requirements:

• Project management skills in compliance with PMBOK;
• Experience working as Java/.NET software developer;
• Ability to setup and coordinate multiple software development projects;
• Excellent team and customer communication skills;
• Fluent English;
• Excellent understanding of software development life-cycle;
• Understanding software project management frameworks (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, TDD);
• Proven professional experience in areas listed above min 2+years;
• Highly energetic leader with strong communication and leadership skills;
• Proactiveness in solving problems and corporate practices improvement;
• Financial industry expertise will be a good plus;
• Experience in creating technical part of business proposals;
• Good understanding of project economy in service business model;
• Business analysis skills;
• Ready for (international) business trips.
