  • Testing new functionality
  • Testing issues during maintenance
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Participation in the functional design reviews of new features.
  • Preparation of test plans / test scenarios / test cases for new functionality
  • Testing new functionality according to requirement and design specifications including analysis of possible effects in nearby areas
  • Reporting, preliminary analysis and prioritization of issues found during new development
  • Testing fixes during maintenance; analysis of possible effects in nearby areas.
  • Preparation and maintenance of auto-test scenarios; analysis of auto test results
 
Experience, Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
    
Education:
·        Higher education
     Technologies:
·        Principles and methodologies of software development (testing).
·        Bug Tracking Tools
·        Auto-Testing Tools
·        Version Control Management systems (TFS)
·        DBMSs (MS SQL Server)
·        XML (desirable)
     Work Experience:
·        Experience in software testing and bug reporting
·        Creating and working with test plans / test scenarios / test cases
·        Experience in auto-testing (desirable)
·        Experience in development (testing) / implementation / using “Business Software” (ERP, Accounting, Billing, Systems, etc...).
     Foreign Languages:
·        English -Intermediate
