The vacancy is opened at Marketing Department
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Deliver an integrated IT solution for SAP CRM implementation project on wholesale level (e.g. Passenger Cars, Commercial Vehicles, Financial Services, After Sales);
  • Develop new functionality in local CRM system as well as new inbound and outbound interfaces with Local Data Consolidation Layer and with other local non-SAP applications;
  • Coordinate user training and testing;
  • Prepare documentation in compliance with corporate policies, rules and procedures;
  • Handover SAP CRM solution to the support team.
 
 
Requirements:
 
  • Highest degree in the area of information systems, data bases and programming
  • Experience: At least 6 years of SAP CRM (4.0 – 7.0), SAP ERP, SAP Enterprise Portal developments, ABAP-programming, ALE and file interfaces, LSMW. Participation in international projects is a must.
  • Specific knowledge: Extensive knowledge of SAP CRM programming (ABAP, Java is a benefit), information security and personal data protection, Russia specifics. Good knowledge of automotive industry, spare parts business, bank products and financial services for automotive industry is a benefit.
  • Knowledge of other SAP systems and modules as well as project experience is a big benefit.
  • Deep knowledge of SoD (Segregation of Duties) principles concerning SAP authorization concept.
  • Deep knowledge of MS Office applications, programming for MS Office and Lotus Notes applications is a benefit.
  • Fluent technical English. German is a benefit.
  • Skilled in project, technical and user documentation preparation
