YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a member of development group you will become part of a team that works with several of software products. Your main responsibility will be for development of our new products, which are based on C#, and the .NET framework, incl. WPF.

As a developer you will share with your team the responsibility for software development, but also for the creative development of new features and functionality, product architecture, and so on. As we follow the Agile/SCRUM approach, you will also be actively involved in project planning. Further, an important part of the work consists of coordinating with your team colleagues in Kiev and abroad. We therefore expect that you have a strong sense of responsibility and good skills in communication and analysis, as well as being independent and pro-active in your approach, and a strong team player.

The job will provide interesting technical challenges as well as substantial opportunities for professional development, use of creative and analytical approaches, and for using the newest technologies for new product development.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:

• Technical skills
• You have about 4-5 years experience within Microsoft technologies - including experience with several of the following tools, frameworks, and technologies:
  
  •  .NET Framework 3.0 or higher
  •  Visual Studio 2008 or 2010
  •  C# and also proven WPF experience

Competencies

• You are strong in taking an active part in the development team for developing and delivering high-end software solution to the customers
• You are experienced in developing based on flexible software architecture, and you can handle changing requirements
• You have good experience in creating user friendly interfaces (preferable by using WPF)
• You have substantial experience with front-end and business logic development
• You are familiar with working according to the SCRUM methodology or similar Agile processes.
• You have a structured approach and experience from structured development (environments, development standards, source code handling, change management, quality standards, etc.)
• You are a team player and can work in a self-organized team, but you also have the ability to work independently and result oriented
• You are a fast learner, and quickly grasp new technologies
• You have experience in finding optimal solutions yourself by e.g. finding solutions/tools via the internet
• You have good spoken and written English
• You have a M.Sc./B.Sc. degree in Computer Sciences, IT or equivalent
