Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in QA/Software testing area;
• At least 1 year experience in automated testing;
• BA or MS degree in IT, or other technical-oriented education;
• Experience in enterprise web applications testing;
• Experience in PHP/C#, SQL;
• JavaScript and HTML knowledge is a plus;
• Knowledge of Automated Test systems like Selenium, WatiN or TestComplete is a plus;
• Strong analytical skills in assessing user, functional, and technical requirements and documentation;
• Passion for testing and quality assurance, attention to details;
• Experience in developing test documentation;
• Good English reading/writing/communication skills, fluent level is a plus;
• Self-management, openness, kindness, and sense of humor;
• Passion for professional growth;

Responsibilities:

• Automating Regression Testing;
• Functional testing, test case development, exploratory testing, performance and stress testing;
• Teaching manual QA Test Engineers, guiding them to QA Test Automation Engineer roles;
• Leading Test Automation direction of QA Team;
• Develop test requirements, test plans, and test cases;
• Propose product improvements, participate in analysis and requirements gathering;
• Collect and organize knowledge base;
