Key Responsibilities:

• Consults with business to identify capability needs and develop IT strategy. Develops business requirements analysis for ITS solution delivery. Manages projects. Ensures smooth operation of all IT systems. Leads team of infrastructure and application support staff
• Relationship management, act as primary face to business for needs, direction, IT issues.  Drive strategy development on local level and assists in strategy development on MEA level. Determining capability and process improvement needs.  Development of business and benefits cases for improvement programs.  Maintain IT strategic program alignment with business unit strategies and corporate ITS strategies and standards.  Assist in developing and communicating the strategic plan activation status, business impact and issues.  Develop and maintain prioritized IT initiatives portfolio.  Articulate value/cost of IT and IT projects and financials and benefits cases to the business.      
• In charge of all IT software and hardware in the unit, ensuring up time and smooth operation according to SLAs with business.

• Business must not recognize ITS Business Partner as from IT. Fluent in English.
