RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Understanding the business processes of the particular areas and acting as primary contact person for other departments. Projects in a wide range of areas from back-end logistics automation to web site optimization. Some examples are: payment system integration, warehouse integration, shop internationalization, supplier integration, system-communication with delivery companies, reporting & analytics

•  Negotiation and coordination with external parties to realize integration projects
•  Gathering requirements from different departments, analyzing them, and transforming them into an efficient solution
•  Describing technical tasks for development and documenting the results in user manuals and technical documentation
•  Specify, monitor and optimize data exchange between systems
•  Create design mockups and use cases
•  Communication with the top management about task details, priorities and ideas

REQUIREMENTS:

•  At least 1 year of Project Management experience in an IT company, preferrably E-Commerce
•  Ability to completely describe a technical task in a structured and understandable way
•  Experience in data analysis, preferrably with help of SQL
•  Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
•  Experience in using task management systems, ideally Jira
•  Good communication, presentation skills and creative thinking
•  High motivation, ambition and ability to work self-independent
•  Fluent English as a strong plus
•  Web-Development experience as a plus
