Software Engineer position requires development of a “cloud-based” system which enables video content delivery to multiple devices (Set Top Boxes, tablets, smartphones and so on). Our field is digital TV with strong focus on Internet services. 

In close cooperation with teams located in another Motorola Mobility offices the engineer will need to develop UI on JavaScript and/or backend services on Java for seamlessly multimedia content delivering across multiple access networks. We are following Agile principles using best practices like pair-programming, TDD, continuous integration for successful product development. A successful candidate should have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, fluency in coding and systems design, solid communication skills and a desire to tackle the complex problems.

What is required?
● BS/MS in Computer Science
● RIA JavaScript / HTML5 / SVG programming
● Knowledge of advanced AJAX programming
● Spoken English skills

What are potential candidate's pluses?
● Experience in web portals development (backend, frontend)
● Experience in JavaSE/EE
● Experience with a databases (like PostgreSQL or MySQL)
● Linux experienced user
● Strong personal motivation to learn forefront technologies
