EPAM Systems, a major service provider in the field of software development and integration solutions in the United States, Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS, is looking for a E-Trading Production Support Analyst for Moscow Office.

Job purpose:

• Production Support of QUIK and other front-office apps;
• New client on-boarding;
• Complex issues troubleshooting (low latency, application and FIX logic etc);
• Maintenance, QA, release planning.
  

Major responsibilities:

• Support of QUIK and other front-office apps in the team’s scope;
• Incident, problem, change management around the supported platforms;
• New client on-boarding;
• Maintenance, QA, release planning;
• Complex issues troubleshooting (low latency, application and FIX logic etc);
• Trading apps architecture improvement;
• Monitoring.
  

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Essential:

• Technical university degree;
• Knowledge of QUIK (at least 1 year experience);
• Understanding of FIX protocol;
• Knowledge of Front Office Products;
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix;
• Technical English (spoken English is most preferred).

Preferred:

• Scripting and programming languages is a plus;
• Knowledge of networks, databases, OS tuning is a plus.
