Major Responsibilities:

• Analyze and negotiate business requirements from the aspect of system architecture.
• Provide estimations and implementation designs.
• Work in a continuous integration environment.
• Design and develop enterprise system including unit tests and code reviews.
• Analyze existing products and services and provide recommendation for improvement.
• Introduce implementation of new solutions and technologies along with best programming practices.
• Participate in system analysis and requirements gathering.
• Create documentation on system architecture and functional design.

Technical Requirements:

• Primary Technical University degree is a must.
• Professionalism in object oriented programming as well as relation database design.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft.NET via C# including most recent introductions.
• At least 3 years of experience with ASP.NET 2.0/3.5/4.0, HTML, CSS, Java Script, Web Design.
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL Server 2005/2008.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices (TDD, XP, SCRUM).
• Refactoring, integration, tracking, planning, source control, relation mapping, test and other enterprise tools utilization.

Likely Skills:

• Good writing skills in English and Russian, spoken English.
• Experience in requirements gathering, and ability to negotiate changes to commitments.
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment banking business domain.
