Junior Digital Design Engineer assures support for development and standardization of the digital part for new products/technologies/processes by bringing specific technical expertise.

Major Responsibilities

• Support the design, development and test of the digital part of high performance integrated circuits for different product families and development sites, taking into account the market requirements. 
• Make contribution to the team in order that the project is conducted within the defined framework
• Give support to project teams with regards to digital design • Provide the necessary documentation to the organization and follow-up the implementation of the technical concepts during the development of the product
• Contribute to activities in digital design in order to define and propose improvements in terms of processes, procedures and efficiency
• Participate in design reviews

Competencies

Must have

• Digital Design: Knowledge of design concepts in order to set up the overall database (RTL coding). Basic understanding of testability and impact on quality of final product
• Simulation: Experience with some simulation tools. Ability to generate adequate test benches

Nice to have

• Software: Basic knowledge of small PC software related to IP blocks in C and C++
• Firmware: Basic knowledge of simple CPU firmware either in assembler or in C

Qualifications

• University degree in microelectronics
• Internship experience in the related industry
• Intermediate level of English(written and oral)
