Job Description:
•Xim Inc is looking for load / performance and capacity test engineer.

Required Skills:
•Min 2 years of software testing
•Min 1 year of automation testing
•Good theoretical background in load testing
•Practical experience with load testing software (Apache JMeter, HP LoadRunner?? etc.) is a big plus
•Good written and spoken English
•Individual should be eager to improve existing and get new load/performance testing skills and capabilities
•Troubleshooting and analytical skills are very welcome

Technical background:
•Programming skills: knowledge of scripting languages, high-level languages
•Clear understanding of network set-up and its protocols (Application layer, Transport layer, Internet layer, Link layer)
•Clear understanding of architectures of web-applications, its components and how they interact between each other (web-server, application server, database etc.)
•Basic administration of Linux OS
