• Software components design for Motorola Solutions devices.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• SW Engineer is responsible for leading service/application layer connectivity management functionality, IP networking, user connection profile management and load-balancing capabilities for heterogeneous clients, servers, networks with the highest application availability and performance. Supporting existing software, design and implement enhancements for new features.

Required skills:

• Strong C/C++ programming skills,
• Strong knowledge of Linux system (IPC/multithreading/networking),
• Deep knowledge of IP protocol stack,
• 3-6 years experience in software development,
• Experience in infrastructure projects,
• Good verbal and written English skills,
• Degree in either Computer Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent). 

Pluses:

• Experience with operating system development and/or network driver development for Linux,
• Knowledge of PPTP/L2TP/SSL/IPSec/RADIUS,
• Routing and VPN applications experience.
