Must:

• 2+ years experience
• 2+ years in a Microsoft / web environment
• 2+ years exposure to html, CSS, JavaScript
• Exposure to JSON and Web Services
• 1+ years work on websites or E-commerce sites
• 1+ years experience with continuous integration
• 1+ years experience of automated testing
• 1+ years relational DB experience (SQL Server or Oracle or MySQL)
• Intermediate English

Should:

• Experience working in an offshore / onshore model
• ALT.NET - NHibernate, Castle Windsor etc...
• Performance testing experience
• BDD Experience
• Ruby (some experience is fine)
• Experience with continuous integration
• Experience of automated testing
