INNOVECS is building a team for a new product/platform development and looking for Release Engineer to work on the full time basis in our Kiev office.

Project Description: Complex high loaded supply chain management system that is deployed to Amazon Cloud. The main purpose of the product is tracking, planning and management of world distributed logistics processes of Customer Company and its clients.

Customer Description: World leader electronics manufacturing company that offers services to original equipment manufacturers (OEM). Customer’s software division is located at Silicon Valley (CA, US).

Product Technology Stack: Amazon Cloud, JavaEE, JMS, EJB3, Spring, WebServices (SOAP, REST), ExtJS, Oracle, MongoDB, Hadoop, Maven, Jenkins, Tomcat

Responsibilities:

• Overall release procedure responsibility
• Build management
• CI management
• System deployment to target environment (Amazon Cloud)
• Project’s workflow automation system design and support
• QA environment maintenance
• Target OS installation and configuration
• Application servers installation, configuration and support, performance monitoring and troubleshooting

Skill and Experience:

• Must have:
  
  • Linux experience: installation, configuration, troubleshooting
  • Bush scripting experience
  • Java application servers experience: Tomcat
  • CI systems experience
  • English: Intermediate+
• Nice to have:
  
  • Oracle, MongoDB: installation, configuration, troubleshooting
  • Maven: installation, configuration, troubleshooting
  • Automation scripts experience (Python, Perl, Shell)
  • Networking: VPN, VLAN, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VPN, traffic accounting and analysis, LDAP
