Who we are?

• Metastorm is a company within OpenText   that offers market-leading software for enterprise and business architecture (EA), business process analysis (BPA) and business process management (BPM). 
• Metastorm Business Process Management (BPM) is a market leader with customers including US, UK, and Australian local government, Fiat, London Underground, Lufthansa, Deutsche Post, Seagate, RTE Television, JP Morgan, KPMG etc.
• The ongoing project is oriented around developing Metastorm’s award-winning Business Process Management suite. The suite is made up of several distinct components including a Designer which is a large Windows forms application. The Designer allows the user to design Forms and Processes graphically, and then make them ready to be executed from a server-side process engine running against Oracle or SQL Server. The processes are accessed through the engine via a number of clients currently including a Web client, Office client and SharePoint client. The business process logic within Metastorm BPM is defined using predominantly C# and MS Workflow Foundation but also include VBscript and Jscript.
• OpenText BPM Mobile for Metastorm BPM allows users quickly launch their mobile processes with out-of-the-box, multi-platform support for Android, Blackberry, iPad, and iPhone users.
• We are using such effective technologies and approaches as.NET 4.0, jQuery Mobile, Silverlight 4, Install Shield, Scrum, automated testing, continues integration, TFS 2010, Visual Studio 2010.

Who we are looking for?

Our installation team is looking for talented person with technical background and real experience in the role of Installation Engineer or Configuration/Build Engineer in a complex project. This person must have experience in software development. The main responsibilities are next.

• Develop the installation package by creation and debugging of complex InstallShield scripts with install and configure a set of multi-tier applications
• Develop and support .NET extensions.
• Develop and support MS build scripts.
• Re-create in future installation package using WiX tool.
• Take part in communications with London team, so you must have good English skills.
•  Required skills
• Experience in creating installation packages for several releases including hotfixes for complex project is required. Experience in using InstallShield product is a very big plus; experience in using WiX toolset is a big plus.
• Experience in Software Development is required. Experience in C# or C++ languages is a big plus.
• English skills must include reading, writing and speaking.
• Experience in Configuration or Build Engineer role in real complex projects is a big plus. It could be such work as producing new builds, installation packages, etc.
• Experience with scripting languages like MSBuild, Windows Shell (.bat), PowerShell, Python etc. is a big plus
• Familiarity with working in an Agile Scrum development environment is a plus
• Creating and deploying VMware virtual machines is a plus
• IT relevant education
• Wвilling to learn new things.
