INNOVECS is building a team for a new product/platform development and looking for Java Team Lead to work on the full time basis in our Kiev office.

Project Description: Complex high loaded supply chain management system that is deployed to Amazon Cloud. The main purpose of the product is tracking, planning and management of world distributed logistics processes of Customer Company and its clients.

Customer Description: World leader electronics manufacturing company that offers services to original equipment manufacturers (OEM). Customer's software division is located at Silicon Valley (CA, US).

Product Technology Stack: Amazon Cloud, JavaEE, JMS, EJB3, Spring, WebServices (SOAP, REST), ExtJS, Oracle, MongoDB, Hadoop, Maven, Jenkins, Tomcat

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for team delivery
• Product requirements analysis
• Product architecture elaboration
• Development tasks estimation, planning and control
• Crucial development tasks implementation
• Interaction with QA team organization
• Cross-team communications organization
• Team recruiting process organization
• Customer negotiations
• Development environment organization: builds, deployment, workflow automation

Skills and Experience:

Must have:

• 5+ years in Enterprise Java
• 3+ years at technical leadership positions
• OOP & OOD knowledge
• Enterprise application architecture knowledge
• Enterprise and GoF design patterns
• Java EE: Servlet, EJB, WebService (SOAP, REST), JPA, JMS, JMX
• SQL
• Environment: Maven, Unix-based OS
• Fluent English
