Principal Accountabilities:

  • Combined role to provide effective support of business applications and workflows within his functional area.
  • Collects the business requirements from the business side, covers and keeps updated. Management of IT development R&C IT. Working closely with internal clients (traders, operations, etc),  IT colleagues, build effective and clear relationships.
  • Working within R&C  IT team gives more product and client focus on the duties.
  • Business analysis and functional design of the new production features (Diasoft, Quik, Fidessa, Calypso, GL, Siebel, RDB, corporate WEB services and other applications internal functionality, data integration, internal management and regulatory reporting, new market connectivity etc.).
  • Understanding of Research department requirements, development of  data analytic model.
  • Understanding of client relationship management requirements, coordination of implementation projects on Equities IT side. 
  • Key Competencies & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Technical university degree
  • Min 3 yrs experience in finance business or related IT industry.
  • Hands-on Siebel experience in at least one full cycle implementation as business analyst OR developer
  • Proven track record of effective communications with high level business stakeholders
  • Practical knowledge of T-SQL
  • Good English, at least being able to effectively communicate in writing

           

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of C# development experience\
  • Hands-on experience with the following technologies - .NET 3.5-4.0, ASP.NET, Word/Excel DOM, HTML, XML, ADO.NET, Web services, WCF, NHibernate, DevExpress, jQuery
  • Experience in team development using Subversion and/or Perforce
