We are looking for intern to work in the Process & Quality area. Students of 3-5 years of study are preferred candidates.

Key responsibilities
  • Metrics Program support
    • Regular update of project metrics
    • Metrics set-up for new programs/projects
    • Facilitation of metrics analysis
    • Metrics roll-up for management reviews
  • Process improvement & Control
    • Participation in process improvement activities of Business operations
    • Coordination of Partner Feedback Survey activity 
    • Audit of process adherence in selected programs

Expected skills and knowledge
  • Required
    • Experienced user of MS Excel (data processing & analysis)
    • Familiar with principles of software development processes (Waterfall, Agile)
    • Attentive to details, accurate, responsible, good time management
    • Good communication skills, enthusiastic
    • Ability to learn fast
    • Good technical English
  • Plus:
    • Basic knowledge of defect tracking systems (e.g. Jira, Bugzilla)
    • Basic knowledge of SQL
    • Familiar with Quality Management System principles, models and approaches (e.g. CMMI, ISO/TL9000, 6 Sigma)
