Job Purpose:

  • To draw strategic “IT Service” investment/enhancement plans as a manager in IT Planning Division, in accordance with strategies and targets .  Monitor the performances and results of IT Services, and mediate communication between the Management Members, Business Users, IT Service Providers (including in-house engineers: “IT Service Division” in the future).

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Project Goal Setting.  Prepares structured project goal statement based on management (Top-down) and end-user (Bottom-up) expectations, as ultimate project acceptance criteria, and drives all stakeholders toward same direction.
  • Session Facilitation.  Plans and leads productive meeting sessions for valuable outputs and consensuses, especially in multi-lingual communications (English/Russian, IT/Management/End-user).
  • Issue Visualization.  Ensures that an effective risk/problem assessment for all IT Services and Projects is in place.  Identifies risks and problems timely, and proactively evaluate possible solutions and escalate issues.
  • Budget Management.Supports the preparation of IT Services and Projects budgets.  Operates cost control to ensure that agreed budget is achieved or improved by effective claim and change.

 

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Major IT projects are delivered on time, to budget and with expected goal achievement.
  • Session attendee satisfaction scores
  • Timeliness of risk/problem identification, and issue solution

 

Required Education and Experience:

  • Specialist university degree or equivalent education
  • Multiple years of working experience of IT management and development in financial industry(or retail businesses, consumer products)
  • Successful experiences in IT application implementation projects
