Global Duties:

• Responsible for managing the technology of infrastructure. Ensure that the infrastructure of the company is in alignment with business objectives of the IT department and organization.
• Responsible for strategy, design, operation and supporting the organization's technical infrastructure and IT systems.
• Responsible for the security of IT environment
• Utilize excellent project management and organizational skills to provide technology capacity in a dynamic growth environment.
• Supervise existing staff and promote a strong 'customer service' attitude to support internal clients.
• Manage infrastructure vendor relationships including negotiations, licensing and all maintenance contracts.
• Participates in planning sessions for systems with users, business analysts, and team members.
• Translates business and technical requirements into cross-discipline technology architectures and solution designs across multiple domains.
• Provides recommendations on system options, risks, cost/benefit analysis, and impact on cross-domain enterprise-wide systems.
• Develop infrastructure architecture strategy, standards and associated roadmaps for networks, platforms, storage, data center and associated systems.
• Develop and manage budgets, cost estimates for infrastructure projects.

Qualification:

• +7 years of applications infrastructure design, development, deployment, system architecture and technical infrastructure or other directly related experience.
• +5 years in management position of IT infrastructure
• Budgeting and project management experience required
• Expert knowledge of applications infrastructure design, development, deployment.
• Expert knowledge of design, deployment, and assessment of secured system architecture and technical infrastructure for enterprise : Antivirus solution and Firewall …
• Requires strong project management, leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build strong working relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a focus on delivery, responsiveness, ownership and accountability.
• Solid experience with infrastructure technologies.
• Experience in international group

IT skills:

• Expert in Microsoft network Environment: Active Directory
• Expert in Microsoft Exchange mail server
• Strong skills IT security tools :Firewall management (Checkpoint ) , Antivirus solution (Kapersky), Anti-Spam solution (Postini), Web filtering (Zscaler)
• Strong knowledge in TCP/IP protocol (OSI Model)
• Strong skills in telephony system and global telecommunication standard 
• Familiarity with ITIL 
• Familiarity with HP hardware environment and network infrastructure (Switches, cabling…)
• Will be a plus :

Diploma and certifications:

• Engineer’ s degree or University’s degree in Computer Science, Information systems or related field
• Certification form software company such as Microsoft certification , Security courses will be appreciated
