Junior software developer for Danish company in St. Petersburg

Kraftvaerk is a Danish IT-consulting company. We work mainly with web-development with main focus on Microsoft technologies and products such as .Net, SharePoint, MS SQL Server etc. We are also string in the field of e-commerce and CMS systems such as Sitecore and Umbraco.

The company was founded back in 2004 and has been rapidly developing ever since. Our main office is placed in Copenhagen. Another office was opened late 2008 in Jutland in Aarhus. At the moment we have over 40 devoted and highly skilled colleagues in Denmark.

In December 2008 we opened another new office – in St. Petersburg. This cooperation proved being very successful and now we are looking for some new colleagues to join us in Russia.

Job:

Kraftvaerk is looking for a new junior profile to join of our growing office in St. Petersburg. Your main area of responsibility will be helping in developing new and supporting existing windows and web application based on newest Microsoft technologies in direct cooperation with both Russian and Danish colleagues. You will have various tasks with possibility for both personal and professional development.

Some travel activities within Scandinavian region can be expected

Your qualifications:

• It is preferable if you have a strong educational background and have some practical or theoretical knowledge about:
  
  • Software development (preferable in .Net based)
  • Object orientated design and programming (C#)
  • CMS systems
  • ASP.NET
  • MS SQL
  • AJAX
  • JavaScript
  • HTML5
• The largest part of our communication and documentation occurs in English; therefore any candidate is expected to be able to communicate at least in writing (but preferably by speaking too).
