Requirements:

• Experience in JAVA, J2EE, EJB, JSP, OLAP, Servlets for 7+ years
• Experience in developing application for any like WebLogic, JBoss, JDBC, ORM technologies
• Knowledge of industry standard design patterns 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of maintaining and developing enterprise software 
• Good exposure to design and development of applications on J2EE stack
• Exposure to full life cycle development (evaluating requirements, sizing requirements, design, code, unit testing, maintenance)
• Experience of leading small projects including ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and priorities, and coordinate work with remote teams
• Strong analytical skills
