C# Developer

EPAM Systems (www.epam.com), one of the largest Software Engineering Services Companies in European IT market, CMMI Level 4 certified, is looking for Middle C# Developer for its Kyiv Office.

Main Function The Liquidity IT team is looking for a development team member with hands on experience in C# and SQL in a Windows environment.

Main Duties

• Will work in a multinational team;
• Will have tight collaboration with the foreign customer;
• As software developer will design and implement features of the products;
• Will analyze requirements;
• Will write integration and unit tests;
• Will assist foreign users with UAT;
• Will have opportunities for business trips abroad.

Requirements:

Required/Must Have: College Degree Preferred: Degree in computer science, technical or math discipline

Required/Must Have:

• 2+ years (or 5+ for senior position) experience as a C# developer (full lifecycle preferred);
• Strong WPF and WCF knowledge;
• Experience in developing multi-threaded applications;
• Relational data model and T-SQL development experience.

Preferred:

• Experience with other GUI bases
• Experience with large scale systems
• Experience with large SQL volumes
• Knowledge of financial reporting, brokerage and basics of securities trading

Skills and knowledge:

Required/Must Have:

• Excellent OO design skills and knowledge of design patterns
• Strong database development skills in Microsoft SQL Server
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Preferred:

Knowledge of credit instruments (CDS, CDOs), Loans and Bonds
