Scope of project:

Bluetooth stack is designed as software components under Windows OS.

Bluetooth wireless technology is a short-range communications technology intended to replace the cables connecting portable and/or fixed devices while maintaining high levels of security.

Software allows a wireless connection to a computer using a variety of Bluetooth devices, such as mobile phones, ear buds, stereo headsets, smart handhelds, printers, digital cameras and more. Using Bluetooth software you can share files, listen to music, place voice calls and use Bluetooth printers.

This project is dedicated for external MSI customer – Intel.

Scope of  Responsibilities:

• Automated release testing under Windows;
• Test case development, test automation support;
• Analysis of obtained test results, log collection;
• New features/protocols/profiles testing; 
• Project documentation analysis;
• Test documentation support.

Specific Knowledge/Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Test process, test types;
• Knowledge of different automated black-box test approaches for software/driver testing under Windows;
• Knowledge of Windows OS (installation, setup, configuration);
• Experience of Perl and shell scripting;
• Experience (at least 1 year) in automated software testing for Windows OS;
• Experience with version control systems and bug tracking tools;
• Knowledge of Test documentation writing (test cases, test plans);
• Experience of work with hardware equipment (code loading, debugging, testing of SW on real HW, configuration);
• Good technical English;
• Readiness for and motivation to study Bluetooth and Wi-Fi protocols and technologies;
• Good team work skills.
